Come curious.
Leave with a greater understandingof yourself.
6 months.
6 workshops.
A deeper relationship with yourself.
Practical, supportive, and trauma-informed workshops to help you understand your patterns, work with your emotions, strengthen your self-trust and feel more at home within yourself.

Why do I feel so guilty saying no?

Why do I keep on falling into the same patterns?

Why am I so hard on myself?

Why do I react so strongly sometimes?
If this is you, then...
There may be more going on beneath the surface than you realise.
The way we think, feel and respond isn't simply about what's happening right now. Our nervous system, past experiences, beliefs, relationships and learned coping patterns can all influence how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
These workshops are a chance to slow down, become curious about what's happening beneath the surface, and learn practical ways to create meaningful change.

Six workshops. Six different pieces of the puzzle.
EACH TWO-HOUR WORKSHOP FOCUSES ON A DIFFERENT APSECT OF EMOTIONAL WELLBEING AND SELF-UNDERSTANDING.
You'll learn, reflect, explore and practise practical tools that you can take into your everyday life.
These aren't workshops about becoming a "better" or more perfect version of yourself.
They're about understanding yourself more deeply.
Because when you understand why you think, feel and respond the way you do, you have more choice about what happens next.

Understanding the Patterns You Didn't Choose
Have you ever wondered why you respond to certain situations in ways you don't fully understand?
Maybe you find yourself over-functioning, people-pleasing, withdrawing, striving for perfection or constantly seeking reassurance?
Many of our patterns began as ways of adapting to the world around us.
We learn things about ourselves, relationships, love and safety from our experiences. Some of those lessons continue to influence us long after the original circumstances have changed.
In this workshop, we'll explore how your past can shape your beliefs, identity and patterns today — and how understanding these patterns can be the beginning of changing them.

How early experiences can shape the way we see ourselves
The beliefs we develop about love, safety and belonging
The roles and coping patterns we may have learned
Why we can repeat patterns even when we consciously want something different
How self-understanding and compassion can help us create change
Practical ways to re-parent our inner child

From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion
That voice that says you're not good enough.
That tells you that you should have done better.
That replays your mistakes and worries about what other people think.
Your inner critic can be exhausting.
But what if it's not simply trying to make you feel bad?
What if it developed as a way of protecting you?
Together we'll explore where your inner critic comes from, what may be underneath the criticism, and how you can begin developing a kinder and more supportive relationship with yourself.

Why we develop an inner critic
What your self-criticism may be trying to protect you from
The connection between self-criticism, perfectionism and shame
How to recognise your inner critic in everyday life
Practical ways to respond to yourself with greater compassion

From Reaction to Response
Something happens.
Someone says something.
You feel rejected, criticised, dismissed or misunderstood.
Suddenly you're angry, anxious, defensive, shut down or overwhelmed — and sometimes you don't even understand why your reaction feels so strong.
Being triggered isn't a sign that you're broken or irrational.
But you can learn to create more space between what happens and how you respond.
This workshop is about understanding what happens when you're emotionally activated and learning practical ways to regulate yourself in those moments.

What happens in your body and brain when you're triggered
Why your reactions can feel bigger than the situation
How to recognise your early signs of emotional activation
How to create a pause between trigger and reaction
Practical tools to help you respond rather than react

Learning to Feel Without Being Overwhelmed
Some of us learned to push difficult emotions down.
Others feel everything intensely and can become completely consumed by what we're feeling.
And many of us move between the two.
Emotional regulation isn't about getting rid of difficult emotions or staying calm all the time.
It's about developing the capacity to feel what you feel without being completely overwhelmed by it.
In this workshop, we'll explore how emotions work, what they're communicating, and how you can stay connected to yourself even when difficult feelings arise.

Why emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming
The difference between feeling an emotion and being consumed by it
Why suppressing difficult emotions doesn't necessarily make them go away
How to recognise and understand your emotional responses
Practical tools for grounding, regulating and moving through difficult emotions

A word from past participants

Sara's workshop was 100% amazing! The experience made me realise that healing doesn't have to be complicated or difficult and can actually be a very positive experience. Sara held the space for everyone in the room so beautifully. I think we all need some of this in our lives!
Alyce H.

Sara's recent "Heal Your Inner Child Workshop" was great.
Sara has a lovely, welcoming, caring presence and she is a great active listener who 'holds space' very well. I felt quite comfortable and safe sharing my significant thoughts and feelings.
She is also passionate and very knowledgeable about inner child work and healing. Her suggestions and prompts resonated really well with me. What I learnt and had reinforced will be very helpful for me to continue my healing journey.
Thank you very much Sara.

Sara's Boundaries Workshop was very informative. I learnt some great definitions, tools, skills and tactics that will be very helpful in life.

These workshops are for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply and create positive change in the way they relate to themselves and others.
They may be particularly helpful if you:
Overthink or worry a lot
Struggle to say no or set boundaries
Are often hard on yourself
Find yourself repeating the same patterns
Experience strong emotional reactions
Feel overwhelmed by your emotions
Put other people's needs before your own
Find yourself people-pleasing or avoiding conflict
Want to understand why you respond the way you do
Want to develop greater self-trust and emotional resilience

I'm a Therapeutic Coach and certified EFT practitioner and I'm passionate about helping people develop a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
I believe that many of the things we struggle with aren't signs that something is wrong with us.
They're often patterns that developed for very good reasons.
Once we understand those patterns, we can begin to change them.
My work draws on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, EFT, self-compassion, inner child work, parts work, and practical therapeutic tools.
My goal with this workshop series is to help you understand yourself more deeply, rebuild trust in yourself and feel more at home within yourself.
Each workshop is two hours of guided learning, reflection, discussion and practical exercises.
These are interactive workshops rather than lectures. You'll have opportunities to explore your own experiences, learn new perspectives and practise tools you can use in everyday life.
You will never be expected to share anything personal that you don't want to share.
Come as you are. There's nothing you need to have figured out beforehand.
Places are limited to keep each workshop personal and interactive.
